Founded in 1970, Vitousek Real Estate School has continued teaching students how to pass the real estate licensing examination in Hawaii. We stick by our in-class students by conducting additional study sessions as needed after the regular course ends, to help you pass. Vitousek also allows students who have difficulties passing to take the next class for an administrative fee of $50.

Wayne Sadoyama

Instructor

Wayne Sadoyama has been involved in the real estate business for over forty years. His experience includes sales of residential and commercial properties, property management, leasing, real estate financing and property valuation. He was a principal at the real estate appraisal firm of Stellmacher & Sadoyama, Ltd., one of the largest appraisal firms in the state, until his retirement after 36 years. He currently remains the principal broker at The Realty Company, LLC where he has been personally involved in residential and commercial property sales. He also ran a property management business at The Realty Company for 20 years.

Wayne has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Claremont Men’s College. He was born and raised in Hawaii and graduated from Iolani School. The Appraisal Institute, a professional appraisal organization, has designated him Senior Residential Appraiser. In 1990, he authored “A Guide to Real Estate Appraisal in Hawaii” which was published by the Hawaii Real Estate Research and Education Center, University of Hawaii, College of Business Administration.

Christine Adderley

Assistant Instructor and Guest Lecturer

Christine Adderley has been part of Vitousek Real Estate School since 2014. She earned her real estate sales person license in 1999 through Vitousek Real Estate School and joined The Realty Company as a sales agent. She earned her Graduate Realtor®Institute designation a few years later and her broker’s license in 2016.

Christine is now the Principal Broker at CBI Residential Advisory Services, LLC. She supervises 20 sales agents and has been directly involved in over $20,000,000 worth of residential and commercial property sales. She is experienced in residential and commercial property management and has organized and implemented the company’s accounting and reporting systems. She is directly responsible for the training of new licensees at CBI.
