Printed Hard Copy Real Estate Course Packet

Become a Hawaii real estate salesperson and get your Real Estate License through Vitousek by studying independently using our hard-copy course packet. We provide you with all the materials you need to successfully study for and pass the Hawaii State Licensing Exam. $450 plus textbooks for $50, plus $12 postage and handling fee, and general excise taxes.

This independent study course is a unique program designed for the self-directed student who seeks a practical approach to learning about Hawaii real estate from their own home rather than a classroom setting.

The program consists of eleven RE salesperson lessons as detailed in a 91-page workbook which states its Purpose, Learning Objectives, Student Activities, Assignments, and Study Guide. Together with the Workbook, the assignments include work in two textbooks:

  • Principles and Practices of Hawaiian Real Estate, 21st edition
  • PSI National Real Estate License Exam Prep 2020-2021

At the completion of each independent study lesson in the Workbook, there is a Study Guide which provides a summary of the key points. Students should always attempt to achieve 70% or more on these quizzes as well as the two self-grading 50-question review quizzes and review exam.

When the workbook and assignments are completed (must be completed within 1 year unless special arrangements are made with us), you may call the school office, and we will send out the final exam.

Upon successful completion, we will email you a Certificate of Completion. You will then be ready for the state exam.

Become a Real Estate Broker in Hawaii

If you have been a full-time practicing agent for 3 – 5 years and want to further your career, become a Hawaii Real Estate Broker with Vitousek’s Independent Study printed course packets. We provide you with all the materials you need to successfully complete the entire 80-hour course at your own pace and become a Broker in Hawaii. $649 plus textbooks for $50, plus $12 postage and handling fee, and general excise taxes.

This required 80-hour broker’s course is designed for a self-motivated agent who prefers studying independently, on your own time and at your own pace, rather than participating in a classroom setting.

This program consists of eleven lessons which are presented in a 91-page workbook which states its Purpose, Learning Objectives, Student Activities, Assignments, and Study Guide. Together with the workbook, the assignments include work in two textbooks:
