Class Registration

How To Register

In-Class / Home Study Combination Course:

Fill out the form below and mail to us with payment by check or money order to register for classes, or call our office at 808.946.0505 for more information and class details.

You can either put down a $150 deposit to reserve a spot in the class, or pay the full tuition when contacting us by phone. Payment is fully refundable provided notice of cancellation is received 5 DAYS prior to the first day of class. You should arrive at the first class approximately 15 minutes early in order to check in, pick up books and class materials, and settle any outstanding balance. Balance may be paid by cash or check at the first class. (We do not accept credit and debit cards.)

The live class is limited to only 13 students per session. Reserve your space today!

All books and materials will be sent within 3 business days of receipt of your registration form and payment. NO REFUND will be made once packaging and materials have been opened. There is a one-year time limit on this course, unless other arrangements are made with our office.
